The Science of Hand Hygiene

Mr Elliot Sack, Director of eHealthGroup Infection have partnered with Surewash to bring this state of the art hand washing training technology to Southern Africa.

SureWash trains organisations in the WHO hand hygiene technique in a cost-effective way, to help achieve compliance and reduce the risk of acquiring infection.

The SureWash GO is a portable training system that uses a live video camera to measure the hand motions and provides real-time feedback. This approach helps users develop muscle memory of hand hygiene technique, therefore improving compliance, reducing the risk of infection and improving patient outcomes. Its ease of deployment ensures that outbreaks can be responded to in a timely manner.
