eHealth Group eHub Training and Development Centre

The eHealth Group eHub Training and Development Centre is the latest project undertaken by eHealth Group and the ER Group. Housed in ER Corporate (Pty) Ltd and registered with the ISOS International Training Centre. eHealthGroup eHub Training and Development Centre is one of the core development areas for the business in medical training initiatives and innovation. This state of the art medical training facility is based at our head Offices in Bryanston, Johannesburg and have several training and function rooms to choose from. The facilities can cater from one on one training to larger groups of up to 50 students or delegates in our state of the art venues. The venues offer onsite video projection, state of the art audio-visual equipment and internet connection. The training centre will be utilised to provide full training of our Telehealth solutions to our clients. We have InTouch Health robotic solutions in a mock clinical environment for clients and health care providers to come view and receive live demonstrations.

InTouch Innovation Centre

Located at its corporate headquarters, InTouch Health provides 24-hour remote access to all of its solutions at the Telehealth Innovation Centre, a safe, mock-clinical environment, where providers are able to refine their Telehealth skills, build competency, and become comfortable when engaging with patients and other clinicians remotely. Providers can access the centre for training and demonstration purposes at their convenience, connecting to devices similar to those they will use clinically. The Telehealth Innovation Centre is often used by hospital staff to on-board new physicians, IT, operations, and clinical team members at outlying medical centres, as well as in the recruiting process.

At the Telehealth Innovation Centre, providers experience Telehealth in various settings across the continuum of care, from pre-hospital to the emergency department, intensive care unit and operating room, to community care settings post-discharge, at a clinic or in the patient’s home.
